Saginaw County Community Action Center

The Minor Home Repair program provides repairs that include, but are not limited to: gutters/downspouts, plumbing (minor), window/door replacement, flooring, drywall, handicap accessibility (railing /grab bars, wheelchair ramps, etc.)

Regular roofing maintenance is essential for protecting a home from leaks, water damage, and other costly structural issues. Routine inspections and timely repairs can extend the lifespan of a roof while improving its overall performance in harsh weather conditions. By hiring Epic Roofing Company Seattle to conduct regular roof maintenance, homeowners can preserve their property's value and avoid expensive repairs or premature roof replacement.
