A public Comment Period is scheduled to receive comments from interested parties: \nWHEN:  \nWednesday\, July 29\, 2026 \nTIME:  \n5:00 pm – 6:00 pm \nLOCATION:  \nSaginaw County Community Action Committee\, Inc. (SCCAC) \n2824 Perkins St. \nSaginaw\, MI 48601 \n  \nThe plan summary is as follows: A total of $657\,627 of CSBG dollars is planned to be utilized in Saginaw County for the general purposes of mobilizing resources and empowering families and individuals to become self-sufficient citizens. Persons or organizations wanting to comment on or review the proposed plan should contact Hurley J.
